Services
I provide website design, Webflow development, UI/UX design, animation, CMS setup, SEO and related services, either as fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers.
The exact scope, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement (“Proposal”). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal wins.
Project Engagements
- Work begins after the Proposal is accepted in writing (email is fine) and the deposit is paid.
- Fixed-scope projects require a 50% upfront deposit. The balance is due before final handover or site launch.
- Each project includes two rounds of revisions per milestone. Extra revisions or new features are out of scope and billed separately at my current rate, quoted before any additional work starts.
- Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and access on time. Client delays may shift delivery dates.
Retainers
- Retainers are billed monthly, or quarterly if chosen, in advance, and include the monthly hours or capacity stated in the plan.
- Unused hours roll over for one month only and then expire. They are not refundable.
- Retainers have a minimum term of three months. After that, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
- Requests are handled in order of receipt within the stated response times. Response time means acknowledgement and planning, not completion.
- Work beyond the plan’s capacity is quoted separately or moved to the next cycle.
Payments
- Invoices are due within seven days unless the Proposal says otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods and account details are given on each invoice. International clients pay any transfer or currency conversion fees.
- Late payments may pause work until settled. I may charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time reserved for your project.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate content, brand assets, timely feedback and the access needed, such as Webflow, domain or hosting credentials.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to all materials you provide. You are responsible for the legal compliance of your own content and business, including your own privacy policy, cookie consent and product claims.
Intellectual Property
- Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project.
- Until full payment is received, all work remains my property.
- I keep ownership of my pre-existing tools, code snippets, templates, methods and know-how. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images, plugins, Webflow templates and paid libraries remain subject to their own licences. Their costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Portfolio Rights
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, for example under a non-disclosure agreement, I may show the completed work, your name and your logo in my portfolio, on Behance and LinkedIn, and in case studies.
I will never share confidential information.
Third-Party Platforms
Websites I build may rely on third-party services such as Webflow, hosting providers, domain registrars, form tools or other integrations.
I am not responsible for their downtime, pricing changes, policy changes or data handling. Subscriptions to these services are held and paid for by you.
Warranties & Support
I deliver work with reasonable care and skill. After launch, I fix bugs caused by my work for 14 days at no cost. After that, support is available through a retainer or at my standard rate.
I do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business.
My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and the deposit is retained.
I may end an engagement if payments are significantly overdue or if these Terms are breached.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other’s non-public business information confidential, both during and after the engagement.
Use of This Site
All content on this Site, including text, design, code, graphics and case studies, belongs to me unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. I am not responsible for their content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion and, failing that, by the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
Ongoing engagements continue under the Terms in effect when the Proposal was accepted, unless both parties agree otherwise.
